We are seeking a motivated Senior Admission Counsellor with at least one year of relevant experience to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The role involves handling inquiries, converting leads, and providing personalized counseling to support enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on programs, eligibility, and career paths
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding
- Participate in admission events and outreach activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Psychology, or Business)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions or student counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
