Safety Compliance and Inspections:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and standards.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Safety Training and Awareness:
- Organize and conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
- Educate workers on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.
- Incident Management:
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports.
- Policy Development and Enforcement:
- Develop, review, and enforce the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to safety regulations and take disciplinary action when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Submit periodic safety performance reports to management.




- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and workers to ensure safety measures are integrated into construction activities.
- Act as a liaison with local authorities, safety auditors, and emergency services when required.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure readiness.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction safety

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
