This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in front office operations, student counselling, and the education/training industry. The position involves handling front desk responsibilities while guiding students in choosing the right courses for their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome students, visitors, and clients professionally and manage front desk operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, enquiries, and visitor coordination
- Explain available courses, duration, fees, and career benefits to prospective students
- Counsel students and help them choose suitable courses based on their interests and goals
- Assist students throughout the enrolment process including documentation and payments
- Promote training programs and support admissions activities
- Address student queries and provide continuous academic support
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, follow-ups, and reports
