Roles and Responsibilities of Accounts Executive:
- To Maintain the Books related are related to the Accounts department.:
- To enter all the daily transactions into Tally ERP.9 software:
- To Handling the daily Cash, retail sales billing and other bank Transactions.:
- To check and verify the day to day expenses vouchers.:
- To handle the general ledger and posting entries.:
- To handle all the accounts related statutory compliances.:
- To daily deposit the Amounts to the banks.:
- To manage and schedule the day to day office operations:
- To check the bills for reimbursements of employees' expenses within their permissible limits.:
- To Validation of Invoices Data capture and Indexing:
- To Process the Non Purchase order invoices.:
- To raise valid clarifications before posting an invoice:
- To Preparation of cheque and payment instructions including electronic payments:
- To Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports and recording entries:
- To pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities:
- To verify accuracy,



completeness and consistency of accounting information received:
- To verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements:
- To provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management:
- To accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.:
- To Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.:
- To Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.:
- To maintain accurate financial records.:
- To ensure timely cash collections from customers.:
- To Work with customers to reconcile account balances.:
- To follow up on outstanding timesheets.:
- To perform audits and resolving discrepancies.:
- To submit Daily MIS Report to our Managing Director.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com/CA/ICWAI/MBA - Accounting & Finance:
- Commerce background Graduates are more preferred.:
