About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser to join our growing team. This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who loves fashion and also enjoys the business side of the industry. You'll be involved in everything from concept creation and designing collections to managing buyer communication, sourcing, and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and trend-forward fashion collections based on seasonal forecasts.
- Develop mood boards, tech packs, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams to bring designs to life.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes.

Merchandising Responsibilities:
- Communicate with domestic buyers for order placements and updates.
- Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and T&A; calendars.
- Coordinate with vendors for sourcing fabrics and trims.
- Monitor production status to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or equivalent.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Robust design sense with hands-on experience in garment development.

Nice to Have:
- Experience working with export houses or domestic fashion labels.
- Understanding of garment construction, têxtile knowledge, and production workflow.
- Passionate about fashion and retail trends.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
