- Identify repeat business opportunities
- Upsell & cross-sell based on buyer histor
- Maintain real-time Excel sheet of:
- Orders booked
- Production status
- Dispatch status
- Payment status
- Track pending & delayed orders
- Coordinate with production & dispatch team
- Respond to buyer queries (rate, stock, dispatch, tracking)
- Share order updates proactively
- Handle complaints or mismatch issues
- Maintain updated buyer database
