Performance Marketing Executive - Fresher (0-1 Year Experience)

Location: Mansarovar, Rajat Path, Jaipur (On-Site)
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (As per experience & skills)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Create ad copies and coordinate creatives for campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies
- Generate performance reports and analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions, etc.)
- Support in setting up tracking tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking




- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing is a plus
