Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and systems
- Oversee product inspections and testing procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and mentor the quality assurance team
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for management
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality defects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a machine shop or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
