Job Summary:
The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in driving student enrolment by promoting the University, Schools, and academic programs to identified target audiences. The position involves extensive field work, lead generation, conversion support, and coordination with marketing and academic teams. The role requires frequent travel across India and is best suited for a result-oriented skilled with experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and promote University, Schools, and Programs to identified target groups such as schools, education fairs, conferences, prospective students, and parents to generate leads.
- Achieve weekly visit targets as defined by the management.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, lead conversion, and admission targetsfor key courses and programs.
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive and effective target visit planfor sourcing leads and admissions in identified courses and schools.




- Conduct impactful program presentations and promotional visits and submit daily visit and activity reportsin the prescribed format.
- Organize and execute defined promotional activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure availability of promotional collaterals such as films, videos, brochures, booklets, and other materials.
- Coordinate with academic Schools to facilitate live campus/school visits, interactions with Deans, faculty members, and students where required.
- Collect, analyze, and report ongoing competitive intelligence and market feedbackto bridge information gaps and support strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or reporting systems.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.

Professional Certifications:
- Certifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or CRM toolswill be an added advantage.
