Position: Tender Bidding Executive

Location: Onsite - Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 2+ Years

Industry: IT Services / Hardware & Government Projects

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end handling of tenders on GeM Portal and other government bidding platforms

Preparation, review, and submission of tender documents including BOQ filling

Understanding and management of OEM authorizations, compliance documents, EMD, PBG, and eligibility criteria

Basic technical understanding of HP hardware products (laptops, desktops, servers, printers, etc.)

Tracking live tenders, bid submissions, and follow-ups on bid status

Coordination with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure accurate and timely submissions

Objective of the Role:
To professionally manage and streamline the company’s tender participation process and support business growth through successful government and PSU projects in collaboration with HP India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
