Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.

Identify the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions.

Current Product - Gauge selection.

Awareness upon different types of Measuring Instruments like Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Air gauge, plug gauge, snap gauge, PCD & run out, comparators, height, gauge etc.

Preparing and Solving of rejection problems, rework analysis by Q.C tools.





Make Layout inspection, SPC & MSA plan and study to be done against plan.

Handling COPQ.

Rejection control by using daily tracking concern.

Review Day to day inspection of parts at In-Process & First piece approval.

Quality management system Audit, internal audit for IATF, Supplier audit (ISO9001 & IATF 16949).

Prepare PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,RCA, why why analysis,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
