Hotel Kanha Shree by Cosmos Green is looking for an experienced and well-spoken Captain to join our Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Handle guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Take orders and ensure timely service
- Maintain hygiene and service standards
- Manage staff duties during shifts
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Captain or similar role
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of F&B; service standards
- Pleasant personality and guest-focused approach
- Willingness to work in shifts
