Job Title -Export Sales Coordinator
Location - PANAM Head office, located at Andheri East, Mumbai-4000

Terms - Full Time

Roles & responsibility:
Order Processing:Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Liaise with internal departments (such as production, shipping, and logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Customer Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain regular communication with customers to keep them updated on order.

Documentation Management:



Prepare and maintain all relevant sales documents, including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping records. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with export regulations.

Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the factory team and other internal departments to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment. Ensure that products are manufactured and shipped as per the customer's specifications and deadlines.

Quotation Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up on sent quotations and ensure they are addressed by customers. Address customer queries and concerns regarding quotations to drive conversions and secure orders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
