_Job Title: Production Supervisor_

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities
- Maintain quality standards and implement process improvements
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Manage manpower allocation and shift scheduling
- Reduce downtime and improve production efficiency
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain departments

Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Knowledge of production planning and control
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery




- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks (preferred)
- Understanding of TPM, 5S, Kaizen practices
- Solid problem-solving skills

Key Competencies:
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Time management and multitasking
- Attention to quality and safety

Experience:
- 1-2 years in production/manufacturing industry

Salary:
As per industry standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
