Collection Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to secure payments, negotiate repayment plans, and update account records. They ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while meeting daily and monthly collection targets, requiring strong negotiation skills, patience, and qualified communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact customers regarding overdue payments to recover outstanding balances.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or extensions within established company guidelines.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all conversations, promises to pay, and contact updates in the CRM or system.
- Follow-up: Ensure consistent follow-up on agreed-upon payment schedules.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to legal, regulatory (e.g., RBI guidelines), and ethical collection practices.
- Dispute Resolution: Address customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Target Achievement:



Meet or exceed daily/monthly collection targets and productivity metrics.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent; a degree is often preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in collections, customer service, or tele-sales, particularly within fintech or finance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Attributes: High level of patience, resilience, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office.
- Language: Proficiency in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi, Kannada).
- Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is often preferred or required.

Salary
