Role Overview:
The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and validating roof drawings for synthetic thatch roofing projects. This role requires close coordination with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure that every roof design is structurally feasible, product-compatible, and execution-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Review incoming roof drawings and layouts to calculate roof areas accurately.

2.Assess the compatibility of roof designs with synthetic thatch roofing products, considering pitch, curvature, structure, and fixing methods.

3.Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for manufacturing and installation purposes.

4.Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp as per project requirements.

5.Identify design conflicts, technical limitations, or installation challenges and propose suitable solutions.

6.Coordinate with the sales, production, and site teams to clarify technical details and revisions.

7.Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, product specifications,



and project requirements.

8.Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1.Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).

2.Strong understanding of roof structures, roof geometry, and area calculations.

3.Experience or exposure to roofing systems, architectural drawings, or outdoor structures is preferred.

4.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

5.Ability to analyze drawings and foresee practical execution challenges.

6.Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.

7.Effective communication skills for coordination across teams.
