1. Client Calling & Follow-ups:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls for visa inquiries
- Follow up with existing leads and convert them into active cases
- Maintain proper lead tracking records
- Build robust client relationships

2. Client Consultation:

- Understand client travel requirements
- Explain visa procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements
- Guide clients on eligibility and country-specific rules
- Provide accurate information and build trust

3. Visa Form Filling & Documentation:

- Verify and organize client documents
- Coordinate with operations team for submission
- Ensure compliance with embassy requirements

4. Marketing Support:

- Assist in digital marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Generate leads through online platforms




- Support promotional activities
- Help in content coordination and basic branding activities

5. Operations Support:

- Maintain client records and MIS
- Coordinate with branches for documentation
- Support backend visa processing activities
- Ensure smooth workflow between sales and operations

6. Sales Support:

- Achieve assigned conversion targets
- Upsell additional services when applicable
- Contribute to branch revenue growth
