About the Role

We are seeking energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our team in Kolkata. You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, explaining services, and building positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with the team to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:




- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
