Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner:
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments:
- Register patients and update personal and insurance information:
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records:
- Handle billing inquiries and collect payments when required:
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies:
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus):
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical office preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical record systems:
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
Work Environment:
- Open to working rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night duty.:
- Flexible with rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night).:
- Available to work on a rotating schedule that includes morning, evening, and night shifts.
