The Surveillance Executive will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of high-security areas within our diamond manufacturing and trading facilities. The primary goal is to ensure the safety of high-value assets (diamonds/jewellery) and to detect/report any "wrong practices," procedural lapses, or unauthorized activities in real-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Live Monitoring: Constantly observe live CCTV feeds across the manufacturing plant, vaults, and office premises to identify suspicious behavior or safety violations.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for diamond handling, movement, and storage.
- Incident Detection: Identify and escalate irregularities such as unauthorized entry, theft, or "wrong practices" during the sorting, grading, or manufacturing process.
- Footage Review & Auditing: Conduct detailed reviews of recorded footage for internal audits or to investigate specific reported discrepancies in inventory.
- Reporting:



Maintain accurate daily logs of surveillance activities and prepare formal incident reports for management.
- System Maintenance: Perform daily health checks on surveillance equipment (DVR/NVR/Cameras) and coordinate with the IT team for any technical repairs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in CCTV monitoring, ideally within the jewelry or diamond industry or high-security retail.
- Education: Minimum Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern VMS (Video Management Software), NVR/DVR systems, and IP cameras.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional observational skills with the ability to remain focused for long periods.

Pay: ₹10,425.44 - ₹34,842.42 per month
