Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor compression coating machines and capsule filling machines.
- Ensure adherence to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, and troubleshooting during production.
- Monitor in-process checks and maintain production quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with QA and QC departments for sampling and documentation.
- Maintain production logs, equipment cleaning records, and shift reports.
- Minimize downtime and ensure optimal productivity of equipment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical background mandatory).
- Experience: 2-4 years in OSD production with hands-on exposure to compression coating and capsule filling.
- Strong understanding of basic GMP and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of machine operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
