- Knowledge of government tender portals (GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement)
- Ability to read and interpret tender documents
- Preparation of technical & financial bids, BOQ handling
- Understanding of EMD, PBG, eligibility criteria & documentation checklist

Computer Skills
- MS Word (letters, declarations, agreements)
- MS Excel (BOQ filling, price calculation)
- PDF tools (merge, split, sign, compress)

Technical Understanding (preferred)
- BOQ settlement, work order & completion documentation
- Basic knowledge of solar/electrical/EPC projects & price calculations

Communication & Coordination
- OEM authorization arrangement & vendor quotation collection

Personal Skills
- Attention to detail,



deadline management & organized workflow
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure

Experience & Qualification
- 2-3 years in tendering / bid management (preferred)
- B.Com / BBA / BCA / M.Com / MBA / MCA (preferred)

Added Advantage
- Government, solar or electrical tender experience
- Solid GeM portal exposure & advanced Excel skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
