Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Data Representative to join our Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, managing data and orders accurately in ERP systems, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and global teams.

You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to delivery while maintaining high levels of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Resolve customer issues, answer queries, and provide regular order updates.
- Process inquiries and customer orders accurately in the ERP system (NetSuite/Oracle or similar).
