Fintech Operations Executive - CRM & Trading Support (24x6 Shifts)

Company Introduction

Intivion Technologies is a fintech solutions company providing CRM and trading platform support to global brokerage clients. We work with international markets and offer exposure to real-time trading operations and client lifecycle management systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for Operations Executives to support our global clients across multiple time zones. This role involves working on CRM systems, and client portals.

This is a 24x6 support role with rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support CRM operations (AltimaCRM)
- Assist clients with account setup, onboarding, and issue resolution
- Handle client queries related to deposits, withdrawals, and access issues
- Perform system checks and ensure smooth platform operations
- Coordinate with internal tech teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Shift Details
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM





Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Salary & Advantages
- Fresher: ₹20,000 per month
- 1-3 years: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 per month
- 3-5 years: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Additional Benefits:
- Night Shift Incentive:Up to ₹6,000 per month:
- (₹4,000 fixed + ₹2,000 attendance bonus)
- Morning Shift Travel Allowance:₹3,500 per month:

Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM systems preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shift)
- Prior experience in support / operations / BPO is a plus

Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CRM tools
- Exposure to fintech / trading / brokerage industry
- Understanding of MT4 / MT5 platforms
