The role of an Associate shall involve a multifaceted approach to supporting the Insolvency Skilled (IP) in various capacities.
This includes:
- Assisting in drafting legal documents, reports etc for submission to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Preparing agendas and minutes for creditor meetings,
- Reporting to regulatory bodies.
- Managing daily communications with stakeholders
- Providing steadfast support throughout the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation process.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Post Qualification: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Work Location: In person
