Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment
- Handle children (2-6 years) with patience, empathy, and emotional sensitivity
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain classroom discipline with kindness and structure
- Participate in school activities, events, and curriculum planning

- Strong classroom and child-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Graduation preferred (ECCEd/Montessori certification is a plus but not mandatory)
