Job Title: Liaisoning Officer - Real Estate (Maharashtra)

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Government Authorities, Municipal Corporations, Revenue Departments, and Urban Development Bodies across Maharashtra.
- Manage land-related documentation including title verification, NA conversion, layout approvals, and land records.
- Obtain building plan approvals, commencement certificates (CC), occupation certificates (OC), and other statutory clearances.
- Handle RERA registration, compliance documentation, quarterly updates, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with PMC / local municipal corporation rules and development control regulations (DCR).
- Liaise with departments such as Town Planning, Environment, Fire, Pollution Control Board, Water, Electricity, and other statutory authorities.
- Monitor project approvals timelines and ensure smooth documentation and regulatory processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with local government bodies and regulatory officials.




- Track changes in Maharashtra real estate laws, RERA regulations, and urban development policies.
- Coordinate with internal legal, project, and finance teams for seamless approvals and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Liaisoning for real estate projects in Maharashtra.
- Robust knowledge of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, RERA Act, Development Control Regulations (DCR), and municipal approval processes.
- Hands-on experience with land acquisition, NA process, layout approvals, and building permission workflows.
- Well-connected with government authorities and approval departments.
- Excellent documentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:
- Experience handling projects in Pune, Mumbai, or other major Maharashtra cities.
- Background in real estate developer
