About Us

Hydrokraft GLC Pvt. Ltd. is a stainless steel bottle manufacturing company based in Rai Industrial Area, Kundli. We operate in a production-driven environment and require a competent Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations and statutory compliance with accuracy and ownership.

Role Objective

To ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely statutory compliance, and clean financial records ready for management review and audit at any time.

This role requires independent handling of GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

GST & Statutory Compliance
- Independent preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Monthly reconciliation of GSTR-2A / 2B with purchase register
- Monitoring and safeguarding Input Tax Credit (ITC)
- Timely TDS calculation and return filing
- Coordination with external CA for annual filings and assessments





Accounting & Controls
- Complete bookkeeping in Tally Prime
- Sales, purchase, journal and payment entries
- Vendor and debtor ledger reconciliation
- Monthly book closing and reporting

Banking & Financial Operations
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Vendor payment processing
- Maintaining proper documentation for audit trail

Reporting
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports
- Support management with financial summaries and compliance updates
- B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)
- 3-6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Must have independently handled GST filing
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial unit preferred
- High integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
