About the Company:
We are a growing B2B SaaS technology company building AI-powered solutions that help businesses improve outreach, lead generation, and growth.

We are looking for a proactive, persistent, and highly organized outbound specialist to support our business development efforts full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant target companies, founders, funds, campaign owners, and other potential clients
- Find the right decision-makers and collect accurate contact details
- Review company, campaign, or fundraising context to assess fit
- Use AI tools to support research, personalization, and message drafting
- Manage follow-ups in a consistent and organized way
- Update CRM, lead trackers, and outreach pipelines daily
- Help book qualified meetings for the team
- Report daily on outreach activity, replies, objections,



and meetings booked
- Help improve outreach messaging, targeting, and lead qualification over time

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, sales development, or business development
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Strong online research skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and personalization
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage high daily outreach volume
- Comfortable working independently while following a structured process
- Experience with startups, fundraising, investor outreach, SaaS, or related industries is a robust plus
