About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Independent OPD Management: Oversee the daily operations of the OPD, ensuring an efficient, organized, and patient-friendly workflow.
- Clinical Investigations: Perform comprehensive eye examinations, accurate refractions, and detailed preliminary screenings.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Operate specialized diagnostic equipment, ensuring every patient receives a highly accurate, printed document report for their records.
- Patient Counseling: Educate patients comprehensively on their diagnostic results, treatment plans, and surgical options.
- Surgical Coordination: Actively drive surgical bookings through effective counseling and coordinate seamlessly with the operating doctors for scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Optometry (B.Optom / D.Optom).
- Minimum 2-4 years of clinical experience,



with a proven ability to manage an OPD independently.
- Strong technical proficiency in handling up-to-date ophthalmic diagnostic machinery and a data-oriented approach to clinical evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive counseling skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with clinical experience and ability to work independently).
- Surgical Incentives: Highly attractive, uncapped performance incentives awarded for _every_ surgery successfully booked.
