Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day retail interior site activities and execution work
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and skilled labor
- Ensure drawings are followed accurately and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor site progress, timelines, and material usage
- Handle on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies
- Report daily progress to project manager or management
Qualification Required:
Civil Diploma or Graduate in any civil field
Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in supervising retail interior projects (showrooms, stores, outlets, etc.)
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
Ability to read and understand drawings
Good coordination and communication skills
Willingness to travel between sites if required
Preferred Skills:
Experience in mall or high-street retail projects
Ability to manage multiple vendors and tight timelines
