We are hiring fresh graduates for an International Voice & Non Voice Process Medical Billing role. This position involves interacting with international clients and insurance companies over calls to support medical billing and insurance-related queries. No prior experience is required, as complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive international calls related to medical billing and insurance.
- Communicate with insurance providers to check claim status and payment details.
- Assist in resolving billing-related queries professional.
- Update and maintain accurate call and claim information in the system.
- Follow company guidelines and data privacy standards (HIPAA).
- Meet quality and performance targets after training

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate freshers welcome.
- Positive communication skills in English.




- Willingness to work in night shifts / US time zones.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in core tools like MS Office
