As a Back Office Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team through effective tele-calling and communication. You will leverage your technical background and persuasion skills to enhance our sales processes and contribute to achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tele-Calling & Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing leads to ensure continued engagement and conversion.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our products/services.
- Ensure all client interactions are logged and updated in the CRM system accurately.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales initiatives.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications to clients.
- Persuasion & Negotiation:
- Utilize strong persuasion skills to convert leads into sales opportunities.




- Negotiate terms and conditions effectively to close deals and achieve targets.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Ensure all sales documentation and client records are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for sales meetings.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in tele-calling or inside sales roles, preferably within a back-office setting.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasion Skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
