Machine Setup: Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces based on job specifications and setup sheets.
- Program Management: Load and edit CNC programs, setting up tool offsets and work coordinates (datums).
- First-Off Inspection: Produce, inspect, and approve the first component using metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Adjust machine parameters (speeds, feeds) to ensure quality and efficiency, reducing cycle times.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Support: Assist operator teams with tool changes and troubleshoot setup issues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
