Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and control production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise, train, and manage production staff to maintain high performance.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, equipment, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to optimize production flow.
- Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of production management, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
