What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Sales Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote complete range of pipes & fittings (CPVC, UPVC, SWR)
- Generate new business opportunities in your territory

Expand Dealer & Distributor Network
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors
- Conduct minimum 10 productive meetings with channel partners
- Build strong relationships and increase repeat business

Market Intelligence




- Track competitor activities and pricing trends
- Share actionable market feedback

Identify untapped areas and growth opportunities
- Lead Generation & Field Execution
- Plan and execute daily field visits
- Generate leads and convert into long-term customers
- Ensure strong product visibility in retail outlets

CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM with meeting details and outcomes
- Maintain accurate sales and visit data
- Track performance regularly

Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of field sales experience (Pipes / Building Materials / FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven, confident, and street-smart approach
- Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
- Ready for hardcore field work (no shortcuts here)

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Field-Based Role)
