nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations of aluminium façade systems, windows, doors, curtain walls, and glazing products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production processes while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.
nKey Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.n
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.n
- Supervise fabrication of:n
- Unitized Curtain Walln
- Semi-Unitized Curtain Walln
- Stick Glazing Systemsn
- Aluminium Windows & Doorsn
- ACP Cladding Componentsn
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Design,



Procurement, and Quality teams.n
- Monitor manpower productivity and machine utilization.n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.n
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client requirements.n
- Implement quality control procedures to minimize rework and wastage.n
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores for inventory management.n
- Ensure preventive maintenance of production machinery and equipment.n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.n
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.n
- Train, mentor, and develop production supervisors and shop-floor employees.n

nRequired Skills

- Solid knowledge of aluminium façade fabrication processes.n
- Experience with Curtain Wall, Windows, Doors, and Glazing Systems.n
- Production Planning & Control (PPC).
