n We are looking for an experienced and agile Principal to lead an IGCSE school, drive academic excellence, develop a high-performing faculty, and ensure effective school operations.

nKey Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the school.n
- Drive effective implementation of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum .n
- Lead, mentor and develop teachers and academic leaders.n
- Monitor academic performance, teaching quality and student outcomes.n
- Ensure student well-being, safeguarding and discipline.n
- Oversee day-to-day school operations and statutory compliance.n




- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.n
- Work with the management on school growth and strategic initiatives.n

n Candidate Profile
n
n
- n
- Master's degree in Education or relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.n
- 1015+ years of experience in school education, including leadership experience.n
- Prior experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School in an IGCSE/Cambridge school.n
- Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum and assessment.n
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.n
- Strong strategic thinking and people-management abilities.n
- Passion for progressive, learner-centric education.n
