n About the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Asst Sales Manager to spearhead sales and business development for our Test & Measuring Instruments (TMI)portfolio. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical aptitude and proven experience in managing channel partnerships and direct customer relationships. You will be instrumental in driving revenue, expanding market share, and aligning closely with our OEM partners to achieve mutual growth objectives.

n Key Responsibilities
n1. Sales Ownership & Business Development

- Own and deliver sales targets across the assigned territory (Chennai and surrounding regions).n
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.n
- Prepare and present regular business updates, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports to management.n

Partner & Principal Engagement

- n
- Collaborate closely with OEM principals to align strategies, execute joint business plans, and track progress.n
- Develop and maintain weekly forecast and activity reports for partner review.n
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with OEM representatives across India.n

n3. Marketing & Demand Generation

- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and marketing forums to promote brand and product visibility.n
- Plan and execute lead generation activities and localized campaigns in collaboration with partners.n
- Propose marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven deployment of marketing resources.n

n4. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with internal teams including Technical Support Managers, Application Engineers, and Area Managers.n
- Ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, with a focus on value-added engag
