Job Description
Configure and implement SAP EHS Incident Management, Risk Management, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Hazardous Substance Management.
n✅ Design Audit & Compliance Management processes aligned with national and international safety standards.
n✅ Integrate SAP EHS with:
nSAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
nSAP HCM (Human Capital Management)
nSAP MM & WM
nSAP PP (Production Planning)
n✅ Optimize incident reporting, risk assessment, compliance reporting, and emergency response processes.
n✅ Implement SAP Fiori applications for safety dashboards, compliance monitoring, and employee health tracking.
n✅ Enable predictive analytics and mobile-based safety reporting for proactive risk management.
nRequired Skills
n✔ 8–12 years of SAP EHS consulting experience
n✔ Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA EHS implementation and support projects
n✔ Experience in Incident Management, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Compliance Management, and Hazardous Substance Management
n✔ Hands-on experience integrating SAP EHS with SAP PM, HCM, MM, WM, and PP
n✔ Knowledge of SAP Fiori and mining/heavy industry safety processes is highly preferred
