nRole Summary:

- A creative mindset for storytelling through aesthetic imagery and copywriting to inspire, inform and educate internal and external stakeholders.n
- In a critical role in the Communications department, the candidate would be required to work closely with the Vice-Chancellor and other stakeholders to develop designs for print (brochures, reports, posters) and digital (emailers, banners, infographics, illustrations), as well as internal branding solutions.n

nResponsibilities:

- n
- Develop print/digital graphics in accordance with the University’s requirements and brief.n
- Work on various media and contribute to design needs for website, reports, signage, marketing, etc.n
- Develop Ahmedabad University brand identity for internal & external stakeholdersn




- Unify and evaluate communication material from various schools and centres under Ahmedabad Universityn
- Archiving of photographs and other design materialsn

nTake decisions on all print production, materials and finishes in liaison with University staff and vendors
n

nKey Skills:

- n
- Valuable photography and photo editing. Motion graphics and video editing skillsn
- Flexibility to work in alliance with various departments of the University on multiple projects and constructively incorporate their inputsn
- Excellent grammar and communication skills to work closely with the University content writern
- Extensive knowledge of print production and the ability to deal with various vendorsn
- Should be able to take the Design from digital platforms to the execution stagen
- Understanding of various formats, keeping function over formn
- Ability to deliver under pressure with quick turnaround timen
- Detail-oriented and valuing sincere perseverance.n
