Role Description
Monitor client positions, margins, mark-to-market losses and trading limits.
Inform clients about market developments, corporate actions and research calls approved by the company.




Assist clients with trading platforms, order types and account-related queries.
Generate brokerage revenue while maintaining ethical sales practices.
Acquire new clients and activate dormant accounts, where applicable.
Maintain proper records of client instructions and dealer communications.
Coordinate with risk, RMS, operations, compliance and back-office teams.
Prevent unauthorised trades, front-running and misuse of confidential information.
Follow SEBI, exchange, KYC, AML and internal compliance requirements.
Escalate suspicious transactions, unusual trading activity and client complaints.
Meet assigned revenue, client-activation and service-quality targets
