About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Platform Support Lead to oversee the operational management and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the CRM environment,



troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and guiding the support team to deliver high-quality service. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to optimize CRM capabilities aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and vendors, to ensure the platform's reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, demonstrating solid configuration and development skills. A solid understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Apps Portals is essential. Proficiency in C#, .NET, plugins, and SQL Server is required, along with experience in Azure Cloud services. Familiarity with web services, API development, and Azure DevOps is advantageous. C
