We’re Hiring: India IT Recruiter (India | Remote | Day Shift 9:30 AM – 7 PM IST)

Are you a self‑driven, hands‑on recruiter who can independently manage multiple client accounts, interact directly with customers, and deliver high‑quality profiles with complete due diligence?

If you thrive in a fast‑paced setting and have a strong presence across WhatsApp job groups, internal databases, and paid sourcing tools - we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do
Own multiple account directly and work closely with clients/partners on active requirements
Source and screen India IT talent using paid tools, your own internal database, and other channels
Perform strong candidate due diligence (skills validation, availability, rate, compliance readiness) before submitting profiles




Leverage recruiting communities including India-based WhatsApp and other networking channels to find fast-moving talent
Handle C2C and fulltime hiring models for direct clients and implementation partners and for India onboarding Monthly Salary / Full time with customer.
Drive interviews, follow-ups, feedback loops, and closures with speed and discipline

What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of India IT recruiting experience
Solid understanding of India hiring models, time zones and submission standards
Excellent written/spoken English communication
High ownership mindset: pipeline-focused, metrics-driven, and able to work independently

Active presence in WhatsApp job groups in India - Must to have.
