Role Description The Legal Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Legal Assistant will support advocates and legal professionals with drafting, formatting, and organizing legal documents, case files, and correspondence. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars,



scheduling client meetings and court appearances, maintaining records, and assisting with filing and document submission to courts and authorities. The role involves legal research, summarizing case materials, and coordinating communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The Legal Assistant will also help ensure timely case preparation, follow up on deadlines, and contribute to the smooth operation of the firm’s legal and administrative processes.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with key practice areas relevant to litigation and advisory work.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing pleadings, contracts, and case-related materials.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, courts, and colleagues.
