Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and related products. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular follow-ups, manage policy renewals,



and provide post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential and existing clients, explaining product features and benefits, coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, and achieving assigned sales and service targets in a professional, compliant manner.
Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Sales, cross-selling, and upselling capabilities, with a focus on life insurance and financial products.
Ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions-based advice, and handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
Basic knowledge of life insurance concepts, financial planning, and compliance or a willingness to learn quickly.
