Role Overview

/n

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst with solid expertise in either of the ERP ecosystem Oracle or SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

/n

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a functional consultant, with a deep understanding of end-to-end business process flows such as Order-to-Invoice and Procure-to-Pay cycles . The role also requires exposure to data migration activities , including data mapping and ETL processes , and familiarity with Databricks basics .

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Analyze business requirements and document processes using standard business process models and data flow diagrams .
/n
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.
/n
- Perform functional testing of developed components and ensure quality deliverables.
/n




- Provide user support for troubleshooting application and process issues.
/n
- Participate in data migration from legacy systems, including data mapping and ETL activities .
/n
- Work in Agile environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
/n

Required Skills & Expertise

/n

/n
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 SCM Modules (OM, PO, Pricing, Inventory, Costing).
/n
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles.
/n
- Exposure to SAP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems is a plus.
/n
- Experience in data migration , ETL tools , and data mapping .
/n
- Basic knowledge of Databricks and SQL .
/n
- Excellent oral and written communication skills ; ability to handle project/client/stakeholders calls independently.
/n

- Experience in Agile methodology and working on Agile projects.

- Ability to guide technical consultants
