Role Overview





The Resident Associate Dentist is a purely clinical role responsible for delivering comprehensive general dental care — diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of procedures within BDS scope of practice. You will manage your own chair independently, handle a full daily patient load, and work alongside in-house MDS specialists across 8 specialty departments for complex case referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dental examinations, interpret diagnostic tests and radiographs, and prepare accurate treatment plans
- Perform restorative treatments, extractions, scaling and prophylaxis, basic endodontic procedures (within competency), and preventive care
- Present treatment plans clearly to patients, explain options at different price points, and counsel on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Identify cases requiring specialist care and refer to in-house MDS specialists with a proper clinical handoff
- Complete all clinical documentation, consent forms, and treatment notes in the practice management softwar
