Job Overview

As we continue to expand our Zoyer Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform,



we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to drive successful customer implementations, integrations, and seamless onboarding of enterprise clients.

The Implementation Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering successful implementations of Zaggle's Zoyer platform. This is a techno-functional, customer-facing role that combines project management, implementation consulting, business process understanding, and solution integration. The role will be responsible for managing implementations from project kickoff and requirement gathering through solution configuration, integrations, UAT, go-live, and transition to the Customer Success team.

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects in line with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW), timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
