We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director in our Primary Sales (Residential) vertical. We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of driving high-volume residential sales, building high-performing teams, and developing sales strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a robust Sales/GTM strategy for our residential business, with a strong focus on market penetration, sales growth and revenue achievement.
- Own the overall sales numbers, revenue and key business KPIs across the customer journey, from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations and final booking.
- Develop city-level sales strategies based on market dynamics, customer segments, project positioning, competition and demand trends.




- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide insights on business growth, market opportunities, sales performance and revenue strategy.
- Drive lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion, identifying bottlenecks and implementing interventions to improve overall funnel efficiency.
- Build, hire, train and lead a high-performing team of Cluster Heads, Sales Managers and Sales Executives across multiple cities/markets.
- Coach and mentor the sales leadership team on sales pitch, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling and deal closure.
- Establish clear weekly, monthly and annual sales objectives and review performance regularly to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Drive strong sales discipline through effective monitoring of input metrics, productivity, funnel movement, conversion ratios and revenue achievement.
